Thank you for supporting Manali Strays through the Nomad Dog subscription page at www.nomaddog.in/subscription.

Subscription Fee

Subscription amounts and available plans are displayed at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew according to the plan selected by the supporter.

No Refunds

Contributions support animal-welfare activities and do not purchase a physical product or commercial service. Unless required by law or approved by the organisation, successful one-time, gift, and subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring subscription by logging into your account on the Nomad Dog subscription page and using the available subscription controls. After cancellation is processed, the subscription should not create a new charge for the next billing cycle. A cancellation does not automatically refund a payment that has already been captured.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails or remains pending, the subscription may be paused or remain incomplete until the payment issue is resolved. Contact support as soon as possible with the payment or order details.

One-time and Gift Payments

One-time and gift contributions cannot normally be cancelled after successful processing. If a payment was duplicated, unauthorised, or incorrectly processed, contact support as soon as possible with the payment or order details.
