1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for Marathon 2025, you agree to abide by the event’s rules, safety protocols, and the terms outlined on this page. Failure to comply may result in disqualification without refund.

2. Registration & Eligibility

Participants must:

Provide accurate and truthful personal information.
Be at least 12 years of age at the time of registration.
Be physically fit and medically cleared for endurance events.

3. Payment & Cancellation

All registrations are considered final once payment is processed. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.

4. Event Modifications

Marathon 2025 reserves the right to adjust event details including date, time, and location, due to weather, health advisories, or other unforeseen factors. Registrants will be informed via email.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating, you assume all risks associated with the event, including personal injury, illness, or loss of property. The organizers are not liable for any damages or injuries sustained during the event.

6. Data Usage

Your data will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
