1. Use of Website

• You agree to use the Nomad Dog subscription page only for lawful purposes.
• You must not attempt to misuse, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website or payment process.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and contact details accurate.

2. Subscriptions & Contributions

• The available monthly plans, one-time amounts, and gift amounts are shown at checkout.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the account controls or otherwise stopped by the payment provider.
• Contributions support Manali Strays and its animal-welfare activities.
• No physical goods or commercial services are provided in return for a contribution.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• Payments are processed through authorised payment partners, including Razorpay where presented at checkout.
• You may cancel a recurring subscription from your account. Cancellation normally prevents the next billing cycle; it does not automatically reverse a payment already captured.
• One-time and gift contributions are generally final after successful processing, except where a refund is required by law or approved by the organisation.

4. Intellectual Property

• Content on this site, including logos, text, and media, belongs to Nomad Dog, Manali Strays, or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use content without prior permission.
